I Went 10-1 With a 0.64 ERA in High School.
And Still Got Overlooked.
I did everything right. I dominated on the mound, posted a 10-1 record with a 0.64 ERA, and competed at a level most pitchers never reach. And it still wasn’t enough — because my velocity didn’t pop the radar gun, coaches and scouts moved on before they ever really watched me pitch.
That experience changed how I see pitcher development forever. The turning point wasn’t a new drill or a new arm path. It was when I stopped chasing velocity and started focusing on becoming a better, more explosive athlete — following a structured plan built specifically for my body. The velo came as a byproduct of that. Not the other way around.
Then came my sophomore year of college: a torn labrum. The kind of injury people quietly tell you ends careers. I refused. What I came back to accomplish after that surgery is what I’m most proud of in my career.
None of that happens without the right system. And none of it happens if I let a radar gun define my ceiling in high school.
I built FoxDen because I don’t want other pitchers to get passed over the way I was. If you’re putting up dominant results and still not getting the looks you deserve — that ends here.
My Mission
To pass down everything I learned the hard way — and help as many pitchers as possible get the velocity, the recognition, and the opportunities their work has already earned.
